SWE offers a yearlong collaboration that links students together with similar goals who are both committed to expanding and sharing their knowledge. We are offering a chance to be paired up with someone with the same major and/or the same interests as you to get the professional and academic advice you need. The Society of Women Engineers Mentorship Program will introduce students to developing a mentoring relationship with peers.
