Open Sauce Tuesday Meetings!
This semester we are offering a super fun and technical project that we will be meeting in person every week for. We’ll be modifying a kids toy car to go as fast as a go-kart and race it at a huge science convention hosted by some of the greatest STEM content creators out there!
No previous experience needed! Please join us whenever you can even if you haven’t been to previous meetings. We hosted this project last summer and it was a blast!!! Check out our slides on our experience here :D
Meetings are usually on Tuesdays in the afternoon around 2:30PM.

WE ARE NOW AN OFFICIAL SWE SECTION!
CCSF SWE is now an official SWE (Society of Women Engineers) section as of June 2nd, 2025! Previously, we were affiliated with SWE’s Golden Gate chapter who have guided us through the early days of CCSF SWE. We continue to maintain strong ties to SWE’s Golden Gate Chapter which is also connected to the Association of Women in Water, Energy, and Environment (AWWEE).
Joining SWE at CCSF provides the opportunity to engage with these wonderful organizations full of resources and community. Many of the events CCSF SWE plans on attending are in collaborations with these organizations from tours led by senior engineers at a variety of facilities to engaging with aspiring STEM majors in elementary to middle school and more!
