Shine the light on the the young, collegiate and professional women who represent the best and brightest STEM Stars in our community.
Nominate a Star
Young women in high school who have excelled In Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). To nominate a student, collect and prepare the following: formal name, email, phone number, grade (student), statement of recommendation.
- 11-12th Grade
- Selection by a teacher, advisor or principal nomination
- High STEM Achievement
- Excellence in STEM courses
Women who are graduating with an Engineering Degree from the University Of Nevada Reno, or are receiving their STEM Associate Degrees from Truckee Meadows Community College and Western Nevada College. To nominate a graduating STEM student include the semester/year, formal name, and discipline.

Women who have been recognized by their organizations for their leadership and outstanding support of STEM in the community and the workplace To nominate a STEM professional, include their name, title, organization and highlight their achievements.
