GradSWE is the graduate student community of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE).
We are comprised of graduate students and professionals engaged in supporting the needs of graduate student members with resources and information necessary for successfully navigating graduate school and professional careers.

GradSWE is excited to prepare women engineers with the tools to excel academically and professionally! We encourage professional development at all levels. We also promote awesome networking experiences for women engineers and leaders.
GradSWE aims to promote the accomplishments of graduate students and GradSWE group through our awards program. Please note that our awards program is specific to our community and are not monitored by the SWE awards and recognition committee.
