Rita Munarwi

With 20 years of work experience in engineering, primarily in semiconductor manufacturing, Rita is currently a Director TPM at Microsoft. She brings a rich blend of technical expertise, leadership experience, and a deep commitment to community building, having founded and led the Women at Microsoft Oregon chapter.

Rita’s philosophy of “leading from within, empowering beyond” is reflected in her creative endeavors, including her micro-podcast Unspoken Wisdoms and her book Fun Fact for Success, both aimed at inspiring and guiding professionals in their tech career journeys. Her multicultural background spanning Asia, Europe, and the US, further informs her inclusive and global perspective.

Keyla Yadhira Bastardo Ramírez

Keyla is a Product Technology Development Engineer at Intel. She is responsible for DFM and board assembly process development of cutting-edge board technology for customers within Intel. Keyla joined Intel in 2018 as Process Engineer and since then she has been working in different expertise areas of board assembly technology. She holds a M.S. in Manufacturing and Mechanical Systems Integration and Project Management Certification from Rochester Institute of Technology. Keyla loves traveling, learning new languages, and connecting with people of different backgrounds. She also enjoys hiking and camping in the beautiful PNW.

Treasurer

Rebecca Lin

​Rebecca Lin is excited to serve as Treasurer this year for SWE CRS. She recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, working for Nike as a Materials Engineer. Her day job includes streamlining manufacturing processes, seeking sustainable practices, and bringing innovation to commercialization at scale. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing and experiencing visual and digital stories. At the SWE society level, Rebecca volunteers with the Awards Committee and the Mentorship Network. She hopes her work will help enable the community to connect and grow together

Secretary

Nuran Altair

Nuran is the Secretary of the Society of Women Engineers, Columbia River Section. She works as a refrigeration engineer, specializing in designing and optimizing industrial refrigeration systems. Nuran graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Fun fact: Before becoming an engineer, Nuran worked as a journalist and has been published in the Oregonian among other publications nationwide.
