Keyla Yadhira Bastardo Ramírez
Keyla is a Product Technology Development Engineer at Intel. She is responsible for DFM and board assembly process development of cutting-edge board technology for customers within Intel. Keyla joined Intel in 2018 as Process Engineer and since then she has been working in different expertise areas of board assembly technology. She holds a M.S. in Manufacturing and Mechanical Systems Integration and Project Management Certification from Rochester Institute of Technology. Keyla loves traveling, learning new languages, and connecting with people of different backgrounds. She also enjoys hiking and camping in the beautiful PNW.

Julie Fleischer
Julie is a Founder, Educator, and Strategy-to-Execution Leader that has led the engineering on multiple hardware and software products from concept through to release and sustaining. As Founder of Pragmatic Tech Execution LLC, she provides workshops, trainings, writings, and videos on engineering leadership and product delivery to the Portland community. She enjoyed the opportunity to raise up SWE CRS members and promote events as SWE CRS Newsletter and Social Media Chair in FY26 and looks forward to further advancing the mission of SWE in her FY27 role.

Amanda is a Product Compliance Engineer at SawStop. She has been an active SWE member since her freshman year of college. She held the role of VP of collegiate relations for 4 years with SWE CRS and this will be her second year as VP of Outreach.
